What is the MOQ for flushable wipes?

MOQ depends on packaging format: Sachet from 100,000–300,000 sheets (converted to packs), pocket packs from 30,000–50,000 packs, flowpack soft packs from 20,000–30,000 packs, canisters from 5,000–10,000 tubs. First-time trial orders are typically 5,000–20,000 packs.

Can we customize sheet count, formula and packaging?

Yes. Sheet counts range from 1 to 2,000 per pack; formulas, liquid systems, nonwoven materials, packaging formats, labels and brand visuals are fully customizable. Standard samples take ~3 days; custom samples 5–10 days.

What is the lead time?

Approx. 30 days for standard orders. Final timing depends on formula, packaging, printing, order size and approval progress.

Do you offer private labeling?

Yes — custom packaging design, branded printing, barcode/UPC integration and retail-ready packaging are all part of our private label service.

Do you test for biodegradability or compostability?

Environmental claims are made only for specific materials with corresponding test evidence. Tell us the material construction you need (bamboo fiber, wood pulp, viscose, cotton or plant-based options) and we will share the applicable test support.
